The imc
SPARTAN is an affordable, compact, multi-channel measuring system for the
isolated measurement of quasi-static and dynamic voltage, current and
temperature signals. The SPARTAN is available in five different models,
giving the user between 16 and 128 measurement channels, with up to 500
Hz sampling rate for measurements of dynamic voltage inputs (SPARTAN-U)
or 5 Hz sampling for Temperature and quasi-static voltage measurements
(SPARTAN-T).
With the addition of the optional
CAN-bus interface and the imc
CANSAS
modules, additional Temperature channels can be easily connected,
allowing the SPARTAN to capture synchronized remote temperature signals,
without the need for expensive thermocouple compensation lines.
With the standard TCP/IP interface,
the SPARTAN can be easily operated over a network or for applications
where this is not possible, the unit can be operated in Stand-alone
mode, with digital I/O available for external triggering and control,
whilst capturing data to the internal CF card slot.
SPARTAN uses the standard imcDevices
operating software, which enables complete manual or automated
configuration of all measurement parameters, real-time functions,
trigger mechanisms and data saving modes. |
