Thermal
cameras compliment and complete your security camera network by
giving you the power to see threats invisible to the naked eye,
turning night into day. Thermal security cameras make images from
the heat energy that is around us all the time, not from reflected
visible light, giving you true 24/7 imaging capability without
lights or illuminators. Thermal energy penetrates atmospheric
obscurants better and farther than visible light, allowing you to
see what’s out there through haze, smoke, dust and even light fog.
Day and night, through good weather and bad, close up and far away,
Metrum's range of thermal security cameras do it all.
The extremely affordable VSR-6 is suitable for short-range security
/ surveillance applications. Featuring a 160 x 120 pixel image and a
52° Field of View, this camera gives excellent results via its
composite video output at a low price. Easily installed into any
existing system capable of recording composite signals. Designed for
harsh environments and is very light-weight.
For Indoor Use Only The D Series range of cameras are
affordable dome cameras, equipped with the latest Thermal Imaging
technology making them ideal for indoor security and safety
applications, with full 360° pan and 0 - 90° tilt.
These cameras provide crisp Thermal video in total
darkness, light fog or smoke. Easily installed into any existing
composite video system, means no operator training necessary and
designed to Mil-Std-810E and IP66 means they can be installed into
harsh environments. Available in either fixed mount (PatrolIR) or
pan/tilt (PatrolIR PTZ).
The SR-19, SR-35, SR-50
and SR-100, provide crisp 320 x 240 thermal imaging in a fixed mount
solution. With lenses from 19mm (SR-19), 35mm, 50mm and 100mm
(SR-100). These cameras will suit any given requirement, with the
SR-100 being capable of detecting a man sized object at almost 2km
distance. Connected to common power and video interfaces and
designed to meet harsh environments means these cameras can be
mounted anywhere and require no operators training.
The PTZ-35 MS and PTZ-50
MS feature a 320 x 240 pixel thermal imager and a long range
daylight/low light camera, fitted into a compact, Pan/tilt
enclosure. Simultaneous thermal and video output, with a powerful
26x optical zoom on the daylight camera. Joystick operation allowing
the user to see +/- 200° horizontally and +/- 60 ° vertically.
Operated via RS232/RS422 to a remote panel with 2 composite outputs
or via Ethernet, allowing the user to operate the camera via the
internet.
The PTZ-35x140 MS and
SR-35x140 MS cameras feature dual Thermal Imaging cameras and a
daylight/low light camera. With the dual Thermal imagers, one camera
provides a wide field of view, whilst the other provides a narrow
field for target recognition. Available as a fixed mount camera
(SR-35x140MS) or a pan/tilt camera (PTZ-35x140MS). Controlled via
RS-422 or Ethernet (programmers SDK available).
The new H-Series handheld security camera, has been
designed to suit law enforcement applications, allowing the officer
to see suspects in complete darkness, fog, smoke and light foliage.
Its rugged design allows for usage in all weather conditions whilst
being
lightweight and user friendly, allows the officer to concentrate on the matter at hand.
Not how to use the camera! A
simple USB interface and SD card storage allows easy image retrieval
back at the PC.
A handheld shock
resistant Thermal Imager, especially suited for police and other law
agencies. Allowing image capture of objects through
darkness, fog and smoke and with a built-in bellows eye cup allowing
the operator to stay out of sight. Up to 4 hour battery operation running on
standard AA batteries. Making this camera a light-weight and easy to
use handheld security solution. USB 2.0 interface for PC image retrieval.
The PathFindIR is a driver's vision enhancement
thermal imaging camera system, capable of enhancing the driver's
vision by up to 5x that of standard headlights, allowing the driver
to detect earlier any such objects, animals or people in the road
ahead, increasing their reaction time for any possible hazards. By
using thermal imaging technology, this camera requires no light and
can give the driver a significantly clearer view of the road ahead,
whether it is in complete darkness, smoke, fog or rain.
