PYROLINE - Infrared Line Camera

The PYROLINE Camera is an industrial thermal imaging system designed for process monitoring and quality control applications including automation, steel, glass, plastic, paper, cement and general manufacturing. The camera is fixed and will measure a line, 1 pixel wide across a continuous length.  An alarm will be triggered when products passing through its field of view exceeds specific set points.

PYROLINE has a range of software packages available allowing the camera to be connected to a PC for fast data acquisition and the user to monitor data online or for post process analysis.

A range of lenses, heavy duty casings and ambient control features make PYROLINE suitable for harsh environments where standard cameras could fail.

• 16 bit Infrared line scanning camera with 128 or 256 x 1 pixel

• Frame rate 512 lines per second

• Spectral ranges from 1.4 to 14µm

• Temperature range from 0 to 2000°C

• IP65 environmental rating

• Operating temperature -25 to 150°C
