NEC TH9100 Series Infrared Thermal Imaging Cameras

The Thermo Tracer TH9100 is a high specification thermal infrared imaging cameras from NEC AVIO, and features a high performance UFPA detector that has been developed specifically for radiometric applications. A distinctive feature of this camera is the overlay of the thermal image onto the visual image providing a composite image which enables easy identification of the subject.

The TH9100 incorporates a built-in visual camera eliminating the need for a separate digital camera.  Viewing is through either the viewfinder or by the unique flip out LCD display which allows several people to view the camera concurrently.  Voice / text annotation for quick reporting assisting the user in generating a comprehensive report is another invaluable feature in this camera.  The sequence recording function allows the capture of real time images suitable for monitoring moving / rotating targets.

The Thermo Tracer TH9100WB is a high specification thermal infrared imaging camera from NEC AVIO, and features a dual wave length high performance UFPA detector that has been developed specifically for through flame measurement applications. General applications like preventative maintenance, building inspections, medical are done using the standard wavelength which is 8 to 14µm over -40 to 500˚C temperature range and commonly found in the other models. For through flame inspections on boilers and furnaces at manufacturing sites the high temperature filter is used which has a narrow spectral range of 3.8µm in the 200 to 2000˚C temperature range.

The Thermo Tracer TH9100WBG has an identical specification to the TH9100WB, but the wave length is a 7.7µm spectral filter that is ideal for glass measurement in manufacturing processes.

Both models have all the same features as the standard TH9100WR and use the same software packages. Operation, ergonomics, and environmental specifications are also based on the TH9100WR camera.
