Metrum's range of PYROSPOT
Pyrometers from Dias, are the ideal choice for many industrial and
research applications requiring non-contact temperature
measurements. With options such as current outputs and RS485 or USB
interface, displays, fibre-optics, enclosures and lenses, there is a
model to suit your individual requirements. Below are the various
PYROSPOT series and a brief
comparison table, showing the main differences between the models.
PYROSPOT Series 10
The Series 10 range of Pyrometers, with its compact
housing and window protection for optics is ideally suited for harsh
environmental conditions. With a temperature range from 200°C (DG
10N) or 600°C (DS 10N) these are suited for temperature measurements
of variety of surfaces. They feature a 2mS response time, integrated
Green LED or red laser aiming light or through lens sighting, 0/4 to
20mA output, RS485 control interface and the PYROSOFT spot configuration
/ evaluation software.
PYROSPOT Series 40
The PYROSPOT Series 40, features a solid stainless
steel casing for use in harsh industrial environments. With a range
of different models available, supporting different temperature
ranges, these Pyrometers can be used for measuring temperatures of
non-metallic or coated metallic surfaces, ceramics or graphite to
through flames or combustion gases. Fitted with a USB interface for
PC configuration via PYROSOFT spot and temperature output via 0/4 to
20mA current signal.
PYROSPOT Series 44
The Series 44 range of
pyrometers features a solid stainless steel enclosure with either
fixed or vario optics, various temperature ranges from 250 to 2500°C
and a RS485 configuration interface (Optional USB module available).
Output via 0/4 to 20mA signal. Models DSF 44N and DGF 44N feature
fibre-optics head realizing a 0.7mm diameter spot size.
PYROSPOT Series 30/34
The DSF 30NG and DSF
34NG PYROSPOT Digital Pyrometers are specially suited for use within
the glass industry, with a high accuracy temperature range between
600 and 1800°C. Featuring an integrated special air purge for the
fibre optic head and fibre optic cables up to 30 metres, allows
usage under rough conditions and ambient temperatures up to 250°C.
Configuration via USB (DSF 30NG) or RS485 (DSF 34NG) using the
PYROSOFT spot software. Output either 4 to 20mA (DSF 30NG) or 0/4 to
20mA (DSF 34NG) allowing integration into existing measuring/control
system.
