Pyroelectic Single and Multi Element
Infrared Detectors |
Our range of Dias Pyroelectric single and multi-element
infrared detectors, are designed for use in gas analysis, pyrometry, spectroscopy and security engineering applications. By
the use of modern Ion beam etching technology, these
Lithium Tantalate detectors achieve a high specific detectivity,
whilst being extremely low noise/microphony and having a low
temperature dependency. With Dias being able to offer custom IR filters and intergrated
optics, a sensor is available to suit your specific application. Click
here to see example
circuits for the voltage and current based sensors. |
 |
Linear Arrays with 128 or 256 Elements |
Linear array packages are available with either 128
or 256 elements. These packages feature an integrated CMOS
multiplexer, enabling simple operation. Again Dias can offer
customised arrays and modules in varying sizes to suit your specific
application needs. |
